I’m inspired everyday just by a feeling and an emotion, a sensory experience. How when you walk around many beautiful buildings it creates an emotion. I feel instantly adventurous seeking thrill. Visually I see people walking around with the one accessory they never take off, their hair and how hair moves around as they move through the Architect design of these buildings. One of the things that inspires me every day in creating stories and meaningful work is knowing that my creativity comes from God. I’m especially moved by the very first verse in the Bible: “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” He designed and crafted the universe with care and intention, and a few days later, He created us. Initially, I gravitated toward experimenting with 3D textures and shapes, stepping away from traditional 2D designs. My goal was to push the limits of what a nail extension could be. Some of my favorite pieces involve encapsulating objects like scales, beads, and dried flowers within sculpted cat claw-shaped nails. Nature has always been my greatest inspiration, whether it’s the beauty in decay, the patterns in minerals, the structure of ribcages, or the subtle details of bruising. Read More>>
