We had the good fortune of connecting with Ayla Rae and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ayla, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe the most important factor behind my success is the support I get from my family and talent. It takes talent to make it in any industry or profession and I realize that. It is also important to maximize my skill level, which can only be done through hard work, practice and perseverance. My family provides me with mental and financial support, therefore this helps me thrive.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As an artist I am multi talented, I sing, act and model and I work hard to improve on all of my craft. I think what separates me from others is that I am determined and I know what I want. My parents don’t push me to do this, it is inside of me, it is my dream. I started performing in talent shows at the age of 3, however I couldn’t officially participate until the age of 5, so I used the first two years to practice my skill. When I turned 5 I was ready to perform. It was not easy but it was enjoyable. My dad always says do what you love and then it doesn’t seem like work. I have been to a recording studio and have recorded several covers of very empowering songs. I feel it is important to use your voice. At the age of 5 I also started acting. I have been in several commercials, short films, feature films and several other projects including one big project coming out this October. It has been a very great experience for me, but this is just the start. I look forward to seeing what the future holds. I want the world to know that anyone no matter what age they are should follow their dreams and love what they do.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Places I love to go in the city would be The Sugar Factory, they have awesome food, drinks and desserts, Pieology since I love pizza! The Hello Kitty Cafe, Knotts Berry Farm, Westfield Century City and of course the beach!!!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a shoutout to my mom and dad. They have encouraged me to try harder at what I do and they have helped me through this journey. They even decided to move to Los Angeles to help me follow my dreams at an early age. I love them.
