In our company, there are ample opportunities to start our own business. I believe that identifying user problems is key to generating business ideas. To achieve this, I manage a user feedback channel to track their input and pinpoint the main issues they face. Additionally, I gather insights from our data portal by regularly monitoring various data dashboards for anomalies or areas of improvement. I believe the most important thing is trust. Parents who trust their children enough will give them space to be independent, because they believe that their children, as independent individuals, have the ability to handle things on their own. Such children are often more independent. In addition, trust provides children with intangible support. When children make choices, trust itself becomes a form of support.
