Ming Li | Product Designer

In our company, there are ample opportunities to start our own business. I believe that identifying user problems is key to generating business ideas. To achieve this, I manage a user feedback channel to track their input and pinpoint the main issues they face. Additionally, I gather insights from our data portal by regularly monitoring various data dashboards for anomalies or areas of improvement. This approach helps us identify potential new business ventures aimed at addressing these challenges effectively. Read more>>

I want people to remember me as someone who never hesitated to follow their heart and dreams. This might sound cliché, but growing up, I had people in my life who doubted my dreams, skills, and talents. That never stopped me. I want to inspire others to create, just as I have been inspired by others—to bring their ideas to life and view their artistic passions as a calling, one that can bring peace, happiness, entertainment, or comfort to someone in need. I’m committed to helping women make financial decisions, control their own resources and shine their lights, unapologetically.

As women, we need long-term security yet most of us are not owning our financial health. Beyond pay gaps, most women hold assets in cash which doesn’t set us up for living longer and growing our wealth with impact. As a result, women own $0.32 to a man’s dollar. For women of color, it is down to pennies. Read more>>
